Check this out! This is Zalmon which is 100% vegan salmon. I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard that it tastes just like real salmon. This vegan salmon is made by Oh Vegan and they also offer vegan alternatives to tuna and shrimp.

It's amazing to see how far vegan alternatives have comes since just a few years ago. I just wish stuff like this was more widely available.
