What is your opinion on the GHG accounting rule proposed by the EPA?

There are many people who feel the costs to business of such legislation will be extremely high in the short run, and they may be right. But with the proper business carbon footprint calculator, the costs of calculating a carbon footprint should be drastically reduced. Additionally, calculating their carbon footprints may help large businesses identify inefficient and wasteful areas of their business, leading to reduced costs in the long run.
