Nuclear Makes You Stupid!

Recommended Posts

Nuclear radiation makes you stupid. At least thats what this new study has found:

"Students born in regions of Sweden with higher fallout [from Chernobyl] performed worse in secondary school, in mathematics in particular. ...our findings suggest that cognitive ability is compromised at radiation doses currently considered harmless."

What that studies says can be true or untrue given the study of genetics too. That means we have very many stupid people running around our towns. Well they seems to be doing such fine according to me.

It could be true since it was what they had studied there but if its not, one thing is still can be sure. That radiation can affect a person and some other living things. Just need to find out what exactly those effects might be (aside from it could make a person stupid.) :P

This is true to a certain extent, but you have to look at how well the children were educated to know for certain. Then you can figure out if you are really stupid because of the nuclear radiation or if it is from some other cause.

The fact is that Nuclear radiation always has a negative affect on anyone, no matter how low the levels are. At the same time we need to remember that individuals are affected in different ways. However, I agree, this should be properly assessed before a conclusion is reached.
