Green recycled crafts

Is there any craft project you do because of the fact you are recycling a project?   I make recycled notepads out of paper scraps and have now taken to decorating the pads with ribbons and rubber stamp designs.  Are there any creative works you are working on?

A major storm swept through my area recently and broke many umbrellas. I found a tutorial on how to make a re-usable shopping bag out of the cloth of a broken umbrella, which I think is pretty cool!

 

A friend of my mother's owns a recycled goods store. I think their soda can pull-ring purses look very chic.

Plastic PET bottles are among the favorite trash items to be recycled. Some have turned these into Christmas trees and decor. This one on the picture is a very nice chandelier made from clear PET bottles. I love how it looks, plus it's so cheap, it can be replaced when dust and dirt makes it look old and worn.

This is really amazing! I love that plastic bottles can be used for so many recycling projects. I constantly come across new ones.
