Seems to be about politics, economics and current events. But it is indeed difficult to follow some of the references. Appears to be using coded names for key figures, some of which are easy to figure out. Is it relevant to the "environment" or the general theme of this site -- no idea. Have you tried sending him a PM?

    No I haven't. I don't really mind as long as he doesn't post anything illegal such as hate speech or use the blog to spam.
