  1. I don't have time to go to the gym so what I do is walk, do my exercise at home and eat a balanced diet. Part of the diet is being conscious with my calorie intake. I make sure I follow my routine everyday so I stay fit and healthy.

  2. My favorite food is anything Chinese and Mexican. I love eating pasta too and one of the best is beef ravioli. I always have vegetables on my diet but there are times when I crave for the food I love to eat. Pizza is an occasional favorite. Chocolate is best after every meal (though I tend not to do that everday - it makes me fat). Coffee on a stressful day and Tea before I sleep. Comfort food? -- ICE CREAM! It always work on stress for me but kills my diet .. lol

    - I found this article helpful in reducing Global Warming so thought I'd share it with you guys.

  5. I conserve energy in many ways:

    - By turning off unused lights.

    - Using a power regulator.

    - When charging making sure to remove the charger from the outlet when battery is full.

    - Use fabric conditioner so you seldom use flat iron for your clothes.

    - Use coal to cook or grill food or boil water.

    Those are some of my inherited ways, what about yours?

  6. For short distance, I would prefer walking than riding. For long distance, I prefer public transportation than driving. I never thought of purchasing a bicycle since it is too hazardous for long distance but maybe would consider for short distance.

  7. Are you doing some simple things daily to help save our environment?

    As much as possible, i reuse materials like plastic bags and do not just throw them away. I also try to reuse the water from a shower or water used in washing clothes to clean the bathroom or the patio. When it rains,

    i also collect water and used it for cleaning purposes.

    My mother taught me how to reuse water and I agree, reusing water for cleaning toilets, cleaning hallways and bathing dogs are one way of saving our environment. We also don't throw plastic bags right away, we reuse them to segregate biodegradable from non-biodegradable trash then dispose them. Before when my daughter was still infant, I use cloth diapers during day and only use disposable diapers during the night. :)

  8. In my opinion, over population is the cause of over comsumption. Of course mouths need food to eat, bodies need clothes to wear and also shelter. My thoughts on this is to recycle and economize our usage of things so others can still make use of it. Like for example water, if we can use pails instead of taking a shower, why not. If we can turn off taps while brushing and use glass then that would be a great deal of help. Just my thoughts. :)

  9. No, I don't smoke anymore. I used to smoke way back in college. When I found out I was pregnant, I immediately stopped (unrealistic but true). My father and mother doesn't smoke so I also want to give that smoke free environment to my child. We all know that secondary smoke is more dangerous than first hand so I wouldn't gamble my daughter's health. As much as possible, we also go to smoke-free areas.
