Watch green HD documentaries with Miro

Miro

Here is just a short shout out for people who, just like me, love to watch TV/Videos on your computer (who needs a TV anyways?).

Miro is a free open-source program that lets you download and watch videos, podcasts and even torrent files. Miro works on Macs, PCs and even on Linux.

Alright then, when you have downloaded Miro and installed it search for a High-Def channel called "KQED QUEST Science Video Podcast". It’s a science video podcast (duh!?) that has some really nice green documentaries, in High-Definition, like "The Great Switch-Out", "Napa Wineries Face Global Warming", "From Waste To Watts: Biofuel Bonanza" and many others.
