A few days ago I found this UK environmental news link site, its updated daily, and seems to be very good:

http://www.habitat.org.uk

Very interesting site, but, has some layout issues depending on the browser, Microsoft and FireFox did ok but Chrome expanded to the right so appears to be a CSS issue when the page load finished. Too many sites don't code for the middle of the CSS road and cause their own problems.

But to be totally Kawaii the avatar should be a cartoon like character. Cuteness is accepted in Japan as a part of Japanese culture and national identity, Pikachu, a character from Pokémon, adorns the side of three All Nippon Airways passenger jets.
