Sarah Palin is the worst Vice President ever

Simon

Recommended Posts

John McBush has chosen Sarah Palin, an inappropriate, incompetent, religious fundamentalistic climate change denyer as his running mate. Heck, she doesn't even have a clue what a Vice President does!

She was the former mayor of a town of 9,000 for almost 2 years. She has NO foreign policy experience. She is married with an oil man. She hates polar bears and she denyes man-made global warming. And she want's to teach creationism in public schools. She want to drill in ANWR. She is in the centre of the "TrooperGate" scandal in Alaska.

Sarah Palin must be a frakkin joke, right? Tell me she is a joke, please. Because having her one heartbeat away from the presidency is really frakkin scary!

Here is a small collection of links, in no specific order, about Sarah Palin:

This list will be updated as time goes by...

What do you think about Sarah Palin?

In reality she may have been a very good choice. After all if someone with no experience and no real track record as Obama can run for president, that pretty well takes all the issues about her off the table.

What people need to be focused on are the issues of what Obama stands for or does not stand for in many cases.

Liberals are screaming about her hoping that no one will start asking serious questions about the fairy tale of promises by obama. Like hire an army of teachers! Fairy tale! Lower the taxes of 95% of the people (flying pig stuff there) while spending massive amount of new money on all of his other fairy tales.

Face it, you hate to see a woman that might be successful.

See how USA looks like now after 8 years of republican ruling. No one should need to suffer another 4 years of stupidity and failed political policies.

We'll just have to see how Obama will pay for the tax cuts for the middle class. I guess ending the costly war in Iraq would be a good start. It's interesting that no one cares about tax cuts for the rich and wealthy of the people. But when the middle class and the poor people get tax cuts everyone seems to have an opinion about that.

"Face it, you hate to see a woman that might be successful."

Oh, come on, really. Don't even try. :sceptical:

f We'll just have to see how Obama will pay for the tax cuts for the middle class.

There is the real issue. He needs to say up front where the money is coming from :thoughtful:

Why, because there is no way he can live up to all the "give away programs" that he has promised. If he is not lying then all he has to do is tell where the money is coming from.

If he is going to make it up by taxing business then we will wind up in the same mess that the state of California is in, $16 billion in debt be cause neither party is willing to pass a budget. The liberals started what amounted to an anti business agenda that drove many business out of the state (really just across the state line) and they lost a lot of tax revenue. The same could happen in any country that kills the golden goose. Amazing that everyone wants to pretend that it makes no difference what he says, they think he is magic and "poof" money will appear, not saying he can't but wish a little enlightment of the "poof" part. :thoughtful:

You know, ending the war in Iraq could pay for many things.. Just imagine..

Ha! America being anti-business. That sounds funny. :cute:

You should know by now that there is no point in arguing with me about this. I belive rich people and companies should be heavily taxed and that the government should keep an close eye on the companies and business. The more taxes that goes into the public sector and into the welfare system the better.

It seems Sarah Palin likes censorship too: People For Response to Revelations of Palin’s Attempted Book Banning

Time Magazine today reports that Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin attempted to ban books from her local library as mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, and then threatened to fire the librarian who stood up to her for not giving “full support” to the mayor. People For the American Way president Kathryn Kolbert issued the following statement:

“People can disagree about a lot of things, but censorship is completely beyond the pale. Our democracy was founded on the belief that government shouldn’t tell people what kinds of books to read or what kind of beliefs to hold. No one with that kind of history should be anywhere near the White House. Sarah Palin needs to clarify her stance on freedom of speech immediately, and John McCain needs to explain why he chose a running mate with so little regard for the Constitution.”

On Energy: Drill Here, Drill Now

Yep, only answer, drill here, drill now and push finance for alternate sources of energy. To pretend that we already have all the energy answers that is needed is wishful thinking. You have to have lower cost energy while the new forms are brought online. B)

Yes, but drilling for more oil won't lower energy or gas prices. It's just a lie.

Either you are just trolling or you want USA to go under, litterally.

I think that obama would be what would send the country under. He promises things that he can never come thru on like a tax decrease for 95% of the people and at the same time he has massive spending programs that far exceed anything on the books. He is great at talking "change" but very thin on how he is going to accomplish it and what that really means to the average person.

The news media all but falls down and worships him. That colors a lot of what you see in the news. Saying that she is the "worst VP ever" is doing nothing more than repeating the mindless drivel of "name calling" which the democratic party has fallen into instead of discussing the issues.

If you study history, you will see that there has always been "change" regardless of who won and that will be true this time. So there will be change, its a question of can we afford the change. obama's vp has stated that everyone should be happy to pay more tax(guess one month obama will lower them and then next month his vp will raise them higher than they were!

Spending programs helped Sweden overcome its financial crisis in the 90's. They are proven to work to get the economy back into shape again.

I trust Obama more when it comes to making the economy work than old grandpa McBush and his joke to vice president Sarah religious nutcase Palin.

All you can come up with to scare people away from the democrats is the usual "omigod they will raise your taxes!!!".. But the truth is, democrats cares about the people and the republicans just want to screw everyone around and make themselves rich and happy.

Fact is that when USA has had a Democratic president the country has been respected around the World and the country has been better off in all kinds of ways.

And fact is when Republicans are ruling USA they take away the democracy, they piss on your constitution, they mess up the economy, lowers public funding to education etc and they frak you all over.

I am impressed, you sound just like a democrat <_<They are the ones saying they are going to raise taxes, and obama just wants to play the robin hood role, rob from the rich (any one that has a job) and not give back to anyone..... Truth is that neither the democrats nor the republicans have a real good handle on what is going on and neither wants to budge from their current position.....

:sceptical: The problem the US economy is too much dependence on a virtual economy... people making money by lending borrowed money (can you say inflationary..?). That wouldn`t even be so bad except that the people they`re borrowing from are not receiving any of the benefits. Most bank accounts LOSE money from low or no interest + high service charges. Which one don`t? - the ones of people who`re making money on borrowed money. Sucked the poor dry hence the reason for the current financial crisis.

:info: The US needs to get back to doing what made it a great economic power - invest in innovation and productivity. That means improving its education standards, fund R&D and help business bring innovations to market. McCain has no interest in these things. He want to keep the people down and dumb and firmly attached on the teats of BIG ENERGY.

:yuck: That`s why he picked Palin. He knew full well that she`s not qualified to be VP or President if he kicks the bucket. But interest of the country be dammed, McCain wants power and a fight to feed his bully nature and knows he can side-line the people Bush has already dumbed down and the people longing for another Hilary Clinton with Palin. Knowing her nebulous ignorance he`s locked her away hoping he could keep us from finding out until it`s too late to reverse his presidential rise (look I have no other problem with Palin except she needs time to become more seasoned and on-the-job training under war-mongering McBush is not where she should get it).

Now they`re riding on the coat-tails of BIG ENERGY and other parasites who want us all to become dependent on them ("drill baby drill" zombies!) and parasitic on mother earth. Obama is right, tax them for their parasitic behaviour and use the proceeds to fund education and alternative energy R&D. Not only will this plan generate more innovation and real productivity (ie. increase GDP) but it will eventually stifle BIG ENERGY and get people back on track to live in symbiosis with earth... which is what we all here on enviro-space are trying to do.

You clearly have sucked up to much democratic party BS. You have exceeded her in nebulous ignorance! Obama will never tax the oil companies like you said. He cannot tax anyone! Only the congress can raise taxes and the dems are just as locked into the oil companies as anyone. Obama talks good but, he would be totally controlled by the democratic party. B)

Haha yeah or maybe she thinks the Flintstone is a history program. ;)

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2002/04/0418_020418_primates.html Appears that Scientists are the ones that came up with that idea, but I guess shallow minded liberals are only able to hurl personnel attacks and are not capable of considering that scientists may consider the theory possible.

An ancient primate isn't an human. The article says that the animal that lived in the same time as the dinosaurs was an ancient primate that gave origin to all the living primates of today

Scientists have acquired new data supporting the idea that the last ancestor shared by all living primates walked with the dinosaurs more than 80 million years ago.

Besides it is a new study, it doesn't mean it's true or it's completely correct
